Bettola Italian Restaurant
Graphic Design | Branding | Illustration | Menu Design
At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bettola faced the universal dilemma of maintaining business while protecting the safety of its patrons. These unique circumstances allowed the owner to recast his vision for the restaurant and its branding. Beginning with a refreshed logo, I designed and illustrated new menus and accompanying pieces for the restaurant.

Take Home Meal
Kit Packaging
The first wave of covid-19 problem solving included designing a take home meal kit with complementary tote bag.
Hand drawn illustrations were paired with the new logo to showcase everything Bettola has to offer.

Menu Design
Disposable menus were an essential need for reopening the restaurant. The entire menu was limited to a single page. Clear visual organization was the key to creating this condensed menu.

Directional Signage
Hand drawn chalk boards and printed directional signage were placed throughout the restaurant to direct customers through the newly reopened establishment.
